I have a pandas data frame in the following format:
| ID | Name | Age | Score | Subject |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 11 | John | 46 | 6 | French |
| 11 | John | 46 | 9 | German |
| 12 | Mary | 87 | 7 | French |
| 12 | Mary | 87 | 7 | German |
which I'd like to change so that each row contains all the scores a given person. i.e:
| ID | Name | Age | French Score | German Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 11 | John | 46 | 6 | 9 |
| 11 | John | 46 | 7 | 7 |
I'm very new to Pandas and I know the solution is in this question but I don't know which of the cases I'm dealing with.
