I think and try on this Problem for hours now:
There are two tables (Oracle-Database with SQL-Developer):
Table: Team
name
---------------
Team A
Team B
Team C
Table: Player
id name DOB team
------------------------------
1 Peter 12.12.90 Team A
2 Mark 02.10.95 Team A
3 Simon 02.10.94 Team B
4 Eduard 05.02.99 Team B
5 Carl 01.01.05 Team C
6 Levin 01.02.02 Team C
The goal is that the output shows the youngest player for eacht team like this:
team name DOB
Team A Mark 02.10.95
Team B Eduard 05.02.99
Team C Carl 01.01.05
I'm pretty sure to use the MAX()-Function on DOB but I tried JOINS, inner-select in WHERE and different other statements but I cant figure out how to get this output.
