is there a way to add Access-Control-Allow-Origin to firebase hosting

Question

I dont want to use firebase functions,because my app needs to be client side managed, but i want my firebase web server to allow Access-Control-Allow-Origin, can i add a config file with this and just deploy my files with the config file?
