I'm creating a form to activate the warranty of products sold by my company, I want to have a serial number input on the form that when the user inputs the serial number, the brand and model appears on the form after validating the serial number, the list of serial numbers is in a google sheet as below:

After submitting the form the sheet should be updated by removing that serial number so other users don't input it anymore.
is that possible using google forms at all and how can I do it?
