Why Android Studio will only open if I open it with Developer Powershell? I tried all the answers given on https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://stackoverflow.com/questions/16579334/android-studio-isnt-opening-on-windows&ved=2ahUKEwjH9pOVvan1AhXEc94KHVyeAJ0QFnoECA0QAQ&usg=AOvVaw21EzRhvNjTJ6N6IM7ZXJYS but nothing work or maybe I'm doing it wrong. What does Developer Powershell doing that I can't do?
