How to group dataframe columns and sum in python

Question

I'm new to python and learning pandas. Below is my dataset and I want to group Fruit and price. For example Apple repeated twice and price twice is Rs.150 and make them appear in descending order.

  Fruits  Quantity Price
1 Apple     2       50      
2 Banana    4       20
3 Orange    1       10
4 Apple     4       100
5 Papaya    2       80
6 Orange    1       10

Here is the output dataframe from above dataframe
