Table that mirrors and dynamic changes with Pivot Data

I'm looking to copy pivot data into a table and the table would mirror the values from a pivot table.

This is my cheeky way to create a MAP while being able to slice the pivot data since MAPS don't work with the PivotTable.

One of the answers in this post is exactly what I need but I'm not able to get the VBA solution to work Select Newest Record and Create New Table of Unique Values in Excel
