I would like to customise the automatically generated vline at xintercept =0 of the default love.plot (which is generated as a ggplot object).

https://cran.rstudio.com/web/packages/cobalt/vignettes/cobalt_A4_love.plot.html

I tried to override the vline by:

plot+ geom_vline(xintercept = 0, linetype = "dashed", color = "red", size = 0.4)

but the command only superposes the new line on the existing one.

Many thanks
