I'm Following This Guide: https://projects.raspberrypi.org/en/projects/documenting-your-code/6 And I've Got To The Sphinx-quickstart bit, and I installed sphinx in my project directory. And I'm in my project directory, but , whenever I run sphinx-quickstart it says:
'sphinx-quickstart' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
So, What can I do to fix it?
