How to alphabetically sort Project and External Dependencies in Eclipse

The "Project Explorer" tab in Eclipse Version 2019-09 R (4.13.0) has the "Project and External Dependencies" listed in a seemingly random order:

How can I tell Eclipse to order the dependencies in alphabetical order?

I found this post. I tried the accepted answer but it doesn't work:

I tried to close and reopen Eclipse, close and reopen the projects and refresh project after checking this box. It still doesn't sort.

This answer you refer to only work in package explorer. – samabcde Dec 11 '21 at 03:57
