i am making dicom labeling tool. this

I want to get the color of a specified area of a 2d polygon I have created. How can I get that color?

The mouse position is the position that matches the size of the actual picture.

ex) The picture is 512x512 Mouse position is 243x235 as shown in the capture

I've been thinking about which pixels overlap the area I specified, but I can't figure out how to do it.

I don't know if this link I found works for me or not. Is there any better way
