Compare two strings, find the difference, alert the difference and index position where they are not the same

I need to compare these two strings, tried to write it myself, but without any luck:

Correct answers from db:

is||friend||Prague||2012

User answers from test:

is||foe||Prague||2012

This should alert:

You have answered: Foe, but correct is: Friend and id where is the difference is: 2

You do NOT need jQuery. Just plain JS – mplungjan Nov 15 '21 at 15:18
And in JS the index of the second item would be 1 – mplungjan Nov 15 '21 at 15:18

@mplungjan ah, but if you're reporting to the user then you would use `error_index+1` to get 2 :) – freedomn-m Nov 15 '21 at 15:50
