I've tried to solve that problem but it is still stuck. Follow the older problem like this I've download Pillow but still had this error. I also cannot use imageio . So that, I've downloaded Pillow to solve the problem Right now, I used python version 3.9.4 and the scipy is scipy-1.7.2-cp39-cp39-win_amd64.whl
