Hi I m trying to get the values I have in my tables into multiple rows here's an example This is the input what I currently have

| B | 2 | 0 | 1 |
| C | 5 | 3 | 8 |
What i want as a result is this
| A | X | 0 |
|---|---|---|
| A | Y | 1 |
| A | Z | 0 |
| B | X | 2 |
| B | Y | 0 |
...etc
Is this possible with excel or power bi and how can I do it?
