I am wondering how to check if a file has been changed in the last day. There are posts like this one link that do a great job of telling you if a file has been modified, but it seems to include all files that have been touched, even if they haven't been modified. I need to know if the new file is actually different than the old file. Is there any way to do this without having two repositories (current and yesterday's) and running diff on every file?
