I embed the code provided by Amazon into my website, but I get the "read.amazon.com.au refused to connect" error, how can I fix this error?

This bug was discovered recently, a few months ago I was still able to use the Amazon Instance Preview functionality to add an iframe to my website. I'm currently searching the internet and can't find a similar report from amazon or other users, so my purpose of posting here is to find people who are having similar issues with Amazon Instance Preview functionality.
