Can I set cache-control headers on vultr objects using s3cmd?

Question

I want to apply custom cache-control header for vultr objects.

I have tried answer on stackoverflow where specified command works for amazon s3.

But it seems, command doesn't work for vultr objects.

Any suggestions?
