mySQL command for "export recordset to an external file"

Question

So I'm trying to navigate to that table "breakmasters" and then export that data to a .txt file. If I do it manually then the outcome is very basic (which I want). I am trying to automate this process and cant seem to figure it out. Thank you. I have also attached a picture of the notepad file that I get if I do it manually.
