I hosted a wcf service in window service for launching application from an asp.net application but it launch it in background process. How can I open it in foreground process?

You don't. Windows services run in a separate session, and have no access to the desktop(s) of any logged in user(s). You would need to have a separate program that runs *within* the interactive sessions already, such as via the Startup menu. – Damien_The_Unbeliever Aug 26 '21 at 06:23
