I'm looking over some Walmart orders from a Chrome browser and was going to print one out and to my surprise the print preview was not rendering as the active page's own representation did on screen. I tried to see if the CSS Screen Emulation trick would help but it did not unfortunately.

What kind of javascript or CSS transformations could explain the page displaying in the browser as such while the print preview shows the page all collapsed? walmart webpage vs print preview. Is there any debugging trick I could employ that could efficiently narrow down the cause of this mismatch?

I'll try to brute force delete scripts and stylesheets to see if it can be narrowed down on the client side and report back my findings. But I'm hoping there's a better technique to isolate this kind of behavior, maybe some event I could listen for, something along those lines.
