I'm trying to tidy up my data and currently have the following tibble:

I need the data in the format below. Duplicate OD measurements should be in new columns labeled OD 1 and OD2:

I've tried melt, reshape, pivot_wide and all sorts of other approaches. I'm sure the right solution is incredibly simple but I just can't find it. Thank you in advance!
