I made a design for go to the top. It's working wonderfully on my Mac, but on my friend's computer (Windows) it's not working the same. On mine, it's smooth and looks fine but on my friend's computer, it's like teleporting. It's not smooth at all. What should I do ? My code:

It's not working on my Safari too on my Mac, but I know this behaviour doesn't support Safari so if you have any solution about it you can tell about it too. Thanks for all replies!
