i have like a news app and i want to send notification to users when an admin ad a new so when the admin click on 'add news button" the users receive a notification .. now I looked for it on youtube but i just found some tutorials which Cloud Functions used .. but for me i can't use cloud functions because it's not free and it's paid !!! .. my question is : how to push automatic notifications (when i add a new document to firestore) with flutter and firebase without using cloud functions ?
