I want to publish a core project and I try to exclude some files (ex. web.config) and folders (ex. wwwroot\Images) from publish folder to prevent user files being overwritten or removed. I think i must make some changes in MyProfile.pubxml file but can't find any suitable settings tags. All settings I found (ex. this article or this one) is not working for me. I'm using visual studio 2019 and .net core 3.1.
Any solution is appreciated.
