I recently developed a pdf report using jasperreports and use it in my java application but I am currently facing an issue regarding the font that I've used. Since the report has korean characters, I used a font that can handle it. I can preview it in JasperSoft Studio but an error is occurred when trying to generate it.

Note that the font is already installed on my pc. I'm using macOS Big Sur.
