I wonder, when creating conditionals, sometimes people use "", another times ''.

What is the difference between those two, seemingly functionaly none, however, when it comes to conditionals, what would be more fiting to use for conditionals and why ?

    When you say "to use for conditionals" do you mean when checking if a string is empty? Regardless, both are equivalent and you should use whatever you're using throughout your code as a standard. There is no difference whatsoever except for style. – leuquim Jul 13 '21 at 13:45
