I am a noob in R. I have a column which has -99 that are to be treated as NA. In order to centrally impute those rows where the field is -99, I want to know how to replace -99 with NA. I tried - CHD$A16 <- replace(CHD$A16, -99, NA) But this replacing all rows in the column with NA. Could anybody please help.
