I am trying to download mysql result in CSV format,

I did this

mysql -u domainsa_xxx -mypassword' -D domainsa_xxx -e "SELECT * FROM lookup WHERE registrant_country = 'India'" > /home/m/india.csv

it gives me a result with there is no comma in CSV file, is there any way I can download the result in CSV ?
