JavaFX(ANT) : Problem with location of FXML file, NullPointerException

Question

I'm trying to switch between scenes with the FXML controller and I get an error in the main file when I try to run it. I tried changing the location of the fxml files under the resources folder but that didn't work either.

Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks!

Main File:
