I have instaled scrapy in pycharm IDE,but when i start scrapy project trogh pyccharm'd comand terminal

scarpy startproject name.

its showing an error that ""scrapy is not recognized as an internal or external comand"",

I have tride with changin of iterpreter path but not yet working,,

Can anybody can sort thisout
