bottom navigation view keeps appearing above my keyboard when I used a scroll view in my android app

Question

I used a scrollview and outside of it I put a bottom navigation view so that it stay there when some one is scrolling, the problem is that when I try to input a field in the scrollviev the bottom navigation view appears above the keyboard, I also have another problem where when ever I open my app it automaticall tries to input a field and it shows the keyboard . please help
