Note: This is not a duplicate of How to connect Android Studio running inside WSL2 with connected devices or android emulator running on host since, it does not answer this question of "installing" an App inside an emulator. And it also focus on getting adb devices to list the emulator device, which I already have done as shown below:
If I run adb devices inside a terminal of Android Studio (WSL2), I can see the emulator device listed, where emulator is running from a host machine (Windows).
The issue is with Android Studio (WSL2) not showing the emulator (running in a host) in the devices GUI section of AVD Manager.
Tools info:
WSL2 - Ubuntu 20.04
Windows 10 Pro
Adb version (same on Windows and WSL2)
Android Studio version: Bumblebee Canary 2
What is the solution and what am I missing?
