I am using the following configuration
[Mobile] -(USB connected)--> [Windows 10 with ADB] <--(connected over network)--> [Mac with Android Studio]

per his procedure, On Windows installed WinSSHD, configured to allow user login. On Mac configured Secure Pipes and opened ports 5554 and 5555
In Android Studio, I could see the following as the device, but showing offline.
emulator-5554 offline
The troubleshoot device connections provides the info: "ADB recognises device offline, Android Studio says disconnected".
In trouble shooting, the cable, device are eliminated as when connected directly to USB on mac, the adb recognizes immediately.
On both sides the adb version is same: Android Debug Bridge version 1.0.41 Version 31.0.2-7242960
Can anyone help on how to go forward and any more data is required?
