Is there a way in BTprocessR or BTRTools (or any other package) to plot a rate tree in such a way that the branch lengths are scaled by rate. Colour gradients are a bit difficult to compare across many trees. I am looking for a plot where faster rates make branches longer and slower rates produce shorter branches. Please also see if you can help to make the legend not plot over the scale.

1Hi, welcome to StackOverflow (SO). SO is meant for questions about behavior of specific code, or specific behavior of code. The way that the question is stated, it seems to be neither. If you already have some prior code (e.g. to generate a tree), I would recommend to post a [minimal reproducible example](https://stackoverflow.com/a/5963610/5805670), and to clearly state how you want to modify any output. – slamballais Jun 07 '21 at 19:50
