How to create MySQL table with sub columns?

I have a Database Test with this structure.

                          |TABLE|
                      -----------------
                     |ID|  |SONG| |LIKED BY|
                                          .
                                          .
                                          .

What I need is this.

                            |ID|  |SONG|
                                        -|LIKED BY|
                                         (LIST OF LIKERS)
                            |ID|   |SONG|
                                        - |LIKED BY|

Is this possible?
