I have a dataframe that looks like this (but with thousands of rows):

| 3 | 2013-03-25 | 11 | NA | NA |
I'd like it to look like this:

| 2 | 2012-02-25 | 12 | 15 | NA |
| 3 | 2013-03-25 | 11 | 18 | 17 |
I tried the solution in Merge Rows by ID and Date but it doesn't suit the problem because I don't want boolean results.
Any help would be great, thanks
