Performant way to check page's NUMA region, is move_page the most performant

I know that you are able to use move_page to find the NUMA region that a particular page is located.

What is the performance of move_page when NULL is passed in to get the NUMA region? Is it any better than move_page when it is actually moving pages.

I was wondering if there is a faster way to find the NUMA region of a memory address.
