how to remove quote from string in a .txt file using python

Question

I extracted my local language and converted it from a dataframe to .txt file this is what i got

Adìẹ funfun kò mọ ara rẹ̀lágbà.
Díẹ̀ díẹ̀ nimú ẹlẹ́dẹ̀ẹ́ fi ń wọgbà.
Ilé ọba tójó ẹwà ló bùsi.
"Ile oba t'o jo, ewa lo busi".
"Gbogbo alangba lo d'anu dele, a ko mo eyi t'inu nrun".
Ile la ti n ko eso re ode
"A pę ko to jęun, ki ję ibaję"
"Eewu bę loko Longę, Longę fun ara rę eewu ni"
"Bi Ēēgun nla ba ni ohùn o ri gontò, gontò na a ni ohùn o ri Ēēgun nla"

how can i remove the double quote from each string

Simply open the file and use str.replace() to replace quotes with empty strings.

with open('file.txt','r') as f:
    data = f.read()

data = data.replace('"', '')

I'm trying to convert it back to .txt file data.to_csv('file.txt', index = None) but i got an error AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'to_csv' – olaniyan oluwasegun Jan 24 '20 at 11:48
