Deactivate the Hyper-V manager
Hyper-V, a Virtualization technique similar to Intel HAXM, is also available. Both cannot be used simultaneously. Hyper-V cannot be used simultaneously.
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on/off
In the window, disable Hyper-V options
Reboot your computer
Bios does not allow virtualization
Virtualization must be enabled in your BIOS if it is disabled.
Turn the computer off and then on. To enter the startup’s BIOS, press F2, DEL or F10. (The key may vary depending on your computer). You’ll likely see a message from the startup indicating the key to press in order to enter the BIOS.
Open BIOS setting of your PC/Laptop.
Goto Advance -> Device Configuation.
Enable VTx(Virtualization Technology).
and Try to install HAXM. Hope this will work.
