Front Camera Video Recording should be Flipped horizontally like ScapChat

I have a requirement to record front camera video in horizontally flipped mode (as it is in Preview) like SnapChat. But if we see native camera of many device i.e. Note5, HuaweiY9 etc the recording is in mirrored mode by default and in settings there is no option to save flipped video, though they have that option for image capturing. So, I did some research and some people recommended to work on low level apis and some recommended horizontal rotation of VideoPlayer (Not good as final uploading or saving in gallery will still be mirrored).

Question:

Do I need to work in C++ files for that? or working on MediaRecorder can be enough?

Any ideas would be appreciable to give direction.

I've checked the link and that is doing editing on Preview, but what I want is to do nothing on preview but ask MediaRecorder to save video in flipped mode. – Usman Rana Sep 30 '19 at 10:16
