Regular expression for matching integers inclosed within square brackets including whitespace

Question

s="  afd [asd] [12 ] [a34]  [ -43 ]tt [+12]xxx"

Regex match should return [12, -43, 12]

re.findall(r'\[([+-]?\d+)]', s)

It doesn't work. I have no idea how to include whitespace

Allow leading and trailing whitespaces:

\[\s*([+-]?\d+)\s*\]

Thanks it works.The returned object does not have signs [12, 43, 12] , Any help would be appreciated. – maskedXchaotic Aug 26 '19 at 13:58
