In the case there are too many labels on a matplotlib plot, the labels overlap. Is there a way draw them on different levels or any other way to make them ALL visible (as opposed to other methods which show a fraction of labels)?

There are called x-axis' tick labels. You can change their frequency as shown in linked questions. There are several other duplicates – Sheldore Jun 29 '19 at 19:25
