How to remove word from li using CSS?

Question

I want to replace Event Date: word using CSS and without the help of jQuery.

  </li>
  <li>Event Location:</li>

  </li>
</ul>

set Tagname for that "event date" tag and apply below css

.Tagname:before {
  content: "New Word";
}
