How to chose custom image that will be shared on facebook after liking a page?

I want to change the image that will be displayed on facebook after someone likes the page. I used this meta tag for choosing the image:

<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.fastvod.com/images/tv.png" />

And it shares a different image.

What is the problem? Is there a different way of doing this?
