set Monday is first day of week

Question

I'm using Microsoft sql server and in the sql server by default first day of week is Sunday but I need to set it Monday is the first day of week.

This sets the first day of the week to Monday

SET DATEFIRST 1;

You can use

SET DATEFIRST { number }

number
1      Monday
2      Tuesday
3      Wednesday
4      Thursday
5      Friday
6      Saturday
7      Sunday
