Does Android keep the .apk files? if so where?
I need to locate apks a device that is not in english, and I was wondering where does the android system installer typically place apk files? Thanks

Usually there is an install_directory for something like this and u look it up right? not standard on every device no but there is a variable that holds its value you can look up. Does the post answer that question? – Androider Apr 05 '11 at 00:11

Are you sure it doesn't have them, or maybe the device is not rooted and they are not visible to you? – MByD Apr 05 '11 at 00:16
