check if given Point exists inside a given radius on a map

Question

i have my lat long and i have company lat long with company radius i have to calculate that my lat long is exist in company radius then we have to return true else we have to return false

A - Lat, B - Long, R - Radius

if distance(A,B) <= R then user is within radius

please suggest me how i can get this .
