angular js smooth scroll down to changed route

I create a website with angular js. It's work but not in perfect. Here is my website http://www.mkhfreelancer.com/vimic/#/

You will see when clicked to menu and the page is going down to changed route.

I want to know how to add smooth scroll when route is changing and when route is changing url is include ?scrollTo=something I need to remove this ?scrollTo.
