Getting error Could not load file or assembly

I am getting below error while running my asp.net application. Could not load file or assembly 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7fef01ac775b6e05' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF. To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1. Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging. To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

I have already referred Microsoft Forum as well as Stackoverflow

what is the assembly name? probably you do not have the correct .net version installed? – urlreader Jun 17 '17 at 19:08
