How to flip columns into rows in MySQL

Question

I hope somebody can help me with the query that I am trying to create in MySql.

How would I flip the columns into rows?

This is how the table looks like:

ProductID  – ProductName – VAL1- VAL2 – VAL3 – VAL4 – VAL5

The results of the query should be:

ProductID – ProductName – VAL1

ProductID – ProductName – VAL2

ProductID – ProductName – VAL3

ProductID – ProductName – VAL4

ProductID – ProductName – VAL5
